According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Utah counties, in April 2020, among all of Utah's cities and places (towns and villages) with a population of at least 10K, South Salt Lake city had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Asian Alone (8.51%), followed by West Valley City city (5.73%), and Salt Lake City city (5.50%).
