According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Virginia counties, in April 2020, among all of Virginia's cities and places (towns and villages) with a population of at least 10K, East Highland Park CDP had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (83.90%), followed by Petersburg city (74.16%), and Highland Springs CDP (69.71%).
