According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Wyoming counties, in April 2020, among all of Wyoming's cities and places (towns and villages) with a population of at least 10K, Cheyenne city had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (2.70%), followed by Laramie city (1.30%), and Rock Springs city (1.15%).
