According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all North Carolina counties, Cumberland County had the highest percentage of its population that identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (1.03%), followed by Hertford County (0.83%), and Hoke County (0.73%).
