According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all Pennsylvania counties, Lehigh County had the highest percentage of its population that identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (1.24%), followed by Monroe County (1.23%), and Philadelphia County (1.04%).
