According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all Louisiana counties, Allen Parish had the highest percentage of its population that identified as Hispanic - White Alone (5.19%), followed by Grant Parish (4.65%), and Vernon Parish (3.05%).
