According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all of Arizona counties, Santa Cruz County had the highest percentange of a county's population who identified as Hispanic or Latino (83.14%), followed by Yuma County (63.76%), and Greenlee County (45.76%).
