According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all of Alabama counties, Franklin County had the highest percentange of a county's voting-age population who identified as Hispanic or Latino (15.58%), followed by DeKalb County (12.24%), and Marshall County (12.02%).
