According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all of Kentucky counties, Shelby County had the highest percentange of a county's voting-age population who identified as Hispanic or Latino (8.57%), followed by Fayette County (7.52%), and Christian County (7.00%).
