According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all of Massachusetts counties, Hampden County had the highest percentange of a county's voting-age population who identified as Hispanic or Latino (22.40%), followed by Essex County (19.82%), and Suffolk County (19.73%).
