According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all of Mississippi counties, Scott County had the highest percentange of a county's voting-age population who identified as Hispanic or Latino (11.97%), followed by Issaquena County (10.29%), and Jackson County (5.98%).
