According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all of Missouri counties, Sullivan County had the highest percentange of a county's voting-age population who identified as Hispanic or Latino (14.66%), followed by Saline County (10.67%), and Pulaski County (10.65%).
