According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all of North Carolina counties, Duplin County had the highest percentange of a county's voting-age population who identified as Hispanic or Latino (18.09%), followed by Lee County (16.80%), and Sampson County (16.77%).
