According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all of Oregon counties, Morrow County had the highest percentange of a county's voting-age population who identified as Hispanic or Latino (35.26%), followed by Malheur County (27.50%), and Hood River County (26.44%).
