According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all of Pennsylvania counties, Lehigh County had the highest percentange of a county's voting-age population who identified as Hispanic or Latino (22.35%), followed by Berks County (19.55%), and Monroe County (14.74%).
