According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all of Rhode Island counties, Providence County had the highest percentange of a county's voting-age population who identified as Hispanic or Latino (21.13%), followed by Newport County (5.17%), and Kent County (4.56%).
