According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all of West Virginia counties, Jefferson County had the highest percentange of a county's voting-age population who identified as Hispanic or Latino (5.81%), followed by Berkeley County (4.52%), and Hardy County (3.73%).
