According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all of Wyoming counties, Carbon County had the highest percentange of a county's voting-age population who identified as Hispanic or Latino (15.77%), followed by Sweetwater County (14.20%), and Laramie County (13.31%).
