According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all of South Dakota counties, Buffalo County had the highest percentange of a county's population who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) (99.33%), followed by Hanson County (99.05%), and Tripp County (99.04%).
