According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all of Washington counties, Ferry County had the highest percentange of a county's population who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) (97.07%), followed by Pend Oreille County (96.66%), and Lincoln County (96.46%).
