According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all of South Dakota counties, Minnehaha County had the highest voting-age population who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) (140.72K), followed by Pennington County (81.30K), and Lincoln County (45.78K).
