According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Ohio counties, in April 2020, Franklin County had the highest number of people who identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (4.56K), followed by Cuyahoga County (2.99K), and Hamilton County (2.24K).
