According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Alabama counties, in April 2020, among all Alabama counties, Greene County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (80.80%), followed by Macon County (79.06%), and Sumter County (72.88%).
