According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Arizona counties, in April 2020, among all Arizona counties, Santa Cruz County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Some Other Race Alone (28.87%), followed by Yuma County (25.13%), and Maricopa County (13.54%).
