According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Arizona counties, in April 2020, among all Arizona counties, Yavapai County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as White Alone (81.50%), followed by Mohave County (79.59%), and Greenlee County (68.85%).
