According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Delaware counties, in April 2020, among all Delaware counties, Kent County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Two Or More Races (8.69%), followed by New Castle County (7.66%), and Sussex County (7.17%).
