According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Indiana counties, in April 2020, among all Indiana counties, Marion County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (27.50%), followed by Lake County (24.88%), and St. Joseph County (13.24%).
