According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Kansas counties, in April 2020, among all Kansas counties, Wyandotte County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (20.44%), followed by Geary County (17.16%), and Sedgwick County (8.88%).
