According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Kentucky counties, in April 2020, among all Kentucky counties, Fulton County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (22.16%), followed by Jefferson County (21.57%), and Christian County (21.34%).
