According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Louisiana counties, in April 2020, among all Louisiana counties, Sabine Parish had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (8.69%), followed by Terrebonne Parish (5.54%), and Lafourche Parish (2.62%).
