According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Massachusetts counties, in April 2020, among all Massachusetts counties, Dukes County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (1.04%), followed by Nantucket County (0.61%), and Barnstable County (0.54%).
