According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Massachusetts counties, in April 2020, among all Massachusetts counties, Middlesex County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Asian Alone (12.90%), followed by Norfolk County (12.19%), and Suffolk County (10.17%).
