According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Massachusetts counties, in April 2020, among all Massachusetts counties, Suffolk County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (18.24%), followed by Hampden County (8.92%), and Plymouth County (8.50%).
