According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Michigan counties, in April 2020, among all Michigan counties, Oceana County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Some Other Race Alone (6.33%), followed by Van Buren County (5.82%), and Kent County (5.66%).
