According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Minnesota counties, in April 2020, among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (13.38%), followed by Ramsey County (12.93%), and Stearns County (8.41%).
