According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Mississippi counties, in April 2020, among all Mississippi counties, Claiborne County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (87.46%), followed by Jefferson County (85.28%), and Holmes County (83.86%).
