According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Missouri counties, in April 2020, among all Missouri counties, St. Louis County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Asian Alone (4.86%), followed by Boone County (4.26%), and St. Louis city (4.08%).
