According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Missouri counties, in April 2020, among all Missouri counties, St. Louis city had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (43.05%), followed by Pemiscot County (27.51%), and St. Louis County (24.56%).
