According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Nevada counties, in April 2020, among all Nevada counties, Mineral County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (17.24%), followed by Elko County (5.31%), and Lander County (4.67%).
