According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for North Carolina counties, in April 2020, among all North Carolina counties, Duplin County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Some Other Race Alone (14.80%), followed by Sampson County (14.40%), and Lee County (11.72%).
