According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for North Dakota counties, in April 2020, among all North Dakota counties, Cass County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (7.03%), followed by Williams County (5.12%), and Ward County (4.33%).
