According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for North Dakota counties, in April 2020, among all North Dakota counties, McKenzie County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Some Other Race Alone (4.82%), followed by Walsh County (3.94%), and Williams County (3.73%).
