According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Ohio counties, in April 2020, among all Ohio counties, Cuyahoga County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (29.32%), followed by Hamilton County (25.18%), and Franklin County (22.65%).
