According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Ohio counties, in April 2020, among all Ohio counties, Franklin County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Some Other Race Alone (3.71%), followed by Defiance County (3.55%), and Butler County (3.46%).
