According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Oklahoma counties, in April 2020, among all Oklahoma counties, Adair County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (43.96%), followed by Cherokee County (34.56%), and Latimer County (24.17%).
