According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Oregon counties, in April 2020, among all Oregon counties, Multnomah County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (5.56%), followed by Washington County (2.24%), and Malheur County (1.47%).
