According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Pennsylvania counties, in April 2020, among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (39.31%), followed by Delaware County (22.41%), and Dauphin County (17.76%).
