According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Tennessee counties, in April 2020, among all Tennessee counties, Putnam County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (0.89%), followed by Bedford County (0.85%), and Hamblen County (0.73%).
