According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Utah counties, in April 2020, among all Utah counties, San Juan County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (50.13%), followed by Uintah County (6.83%), and Duchesne County (4.80%).
