According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Washington counties, in April 2020, among all Washington counties, Adams County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Some Other Race Alone (35.35%), followed by Franklin County (30.45%), and Yakima County (29.25%).
